BRIEF HISTORY ABOUT THE COMPANY

ICVL Steel Limited was incorporated on 04th March, 2011 as a Public Limited Company. Pursuant to the scheme of arrangement between Intellivate Capital Ventures Limited and Intellivate Capital Advisors Limited and ICVL Chemicals Limited and ICVL Steels Limited, the steel division of Intellivate Capital Ventures Limited was demerged to ICVL Steels Limited. The scheme of arrangement between Intellivate Capital Ventures Limited and Intellivate Capital Advisors Limited and ICVL Chemicals Limited and ICVL Steels Limited has been approved by the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay.

The Company received the Certificate of Commencement of Business on 07th July, 2011. The equity shares of Company are listed on BSE Limited after getting their in-principal approval, with effect from 08th November, 2012.

Name of Company has been changed to “Supremex Shine Steels Limited” pursuant to special resolution passed by the members of the Company through Postal Ballot on Wednesday 22nd March, 2017, result of which was declared on Friday 24th March, 2017.
